Förstärkaren överträffade alla förväntningar (när jag väl hittade den under all eltejp). Jag trivdes så bra med den att till och med min Mesa M9:a fick lämna. Absolut inte för att Mesa är dåligt utan för att ljudet i Glockenklangen passade mig och det jag spelar bättre.
Sen hände det som inte fick hände. Den började krångla och startade inte som den skulle. Ingen agentur i Sverige och ingen aning om hur Glockeklang behandlar fotfolket. El-schema brukar vara en bra ände att börja i så jag gjorde en chansning och mejlade Glockenklang i Tyskland.
Detta var vad jag skrev klockan 8:36 en vardag:

I bought a used Glockenklang Heart-Rock II a couple of month ago. Marvellous amp if I may say so.
But, I've got a slight problem. The last two times I arrived to the rehearsal hall and push the On-button the fan rushes and stays that way while the peak-led is on and the amp is quiet.
This continous for about 15 minutes. Then the peak-led is switched off and the amp works perfectly.
My questions are. Do you recognize the problem? And is it possible to get a schematic of the amp for my local service technician to troubleshoot or do I ask him to get a schematic from you?
I live in Sweden and we don't have any reseller for Glockenklang to ask.

"Hi,
Sorry for the trouble. We located the problem as a failure of a 470µ/16V capacitor. You should replace it by a 470µ/10V or higher voltage. You can see it on the picture attached. After unscrewing top and bottom you can change it.
This capacitor is part of the protection circuit and that special series gets malfunction after 1 to 3 years.
